It is apparent when you book your seat with us, then you make a contract to buy a few of our services, but keep in mind that we reserve a full right to reject or accept it. Once we made a pact, then we'll execute our tasks with special care and skills.

Only the eighteen years old or above can make reservations. For more than one, we consider the first-named person, whose age is 18 or more, as the lead name. The person must pay all the payments, or else, we will have to terminate your booking.

Please, it is crucial for you to outright our booking/reservation form with extra care, because all notices, documents, and further data will send to your address, and you're accountable to handover us your accurate information. In case you find a mistake in documentation, then please, let us know immediately.

1.       Reserving your Holiday

We'll book the flights on your application. The paid deposit will assure that you're a specific passenger. Please, consider that a telephonic booking authentication is as official as if it made in writing at that time.

2.       Price Guarantee

Price is not guaranteed until Ticketed, because the quoted fares in brochures & advertisement on our website may vary from time to time. So, keep checking our updates for latest news & policies.

3.      Minor changes to your Holiday

We'll let you inform if any minor or small arrangements can take place on your reservations, and it is our job to tell you about changes immediately. 

4.      Group Holidays

Some bookings are reliant on candidates' number, and we'll let you inform at the time of reservation if this applies to your holiday arrangements. Cheapest fares are valid for group bookings, but we have the authority to make further charges if the number of persons falls below those required to qualify for discount offered.

5.      Flights

Must double-check every flight details appearing on your E-ticket because all your journey is dependent on this. Please, make sure about your passport (its validity), visa & all relevant documents for the tour. For the Economy Class seats, make sure you check-in even before 3 hrs. Moreover, please, check-in 2 hours earlier for the Business and First Class flights.

6.      Insurance

We are not offering Travel Insurance, so be sure you're insured by such insurance before that protect your planned activities on your holiday trip. Also, make sure you checked any health or vaccination requirements for the destinations you’re visiting.

7.      Making a Booking

The individual who makes the reservations becomes answerable to the Company for the payment of every arrangement price for every passenger appeared on the statement.

8.      Deposit

No reservation/booking can confirm unless the Company receives the required amount, which is not a refundable deposit but it is only adjustable. If you skip or miss the flight, then the airlines consider it as a no-show, and charges will apply.

9.      Changing your Arrangements

You can alter your date of Departure or Return once the ticket issued. Only date change charges will appertain on you, and if fare difference arises, it all based on the subject of accessibility. We'll inform you way before the issuance of a ticket if any fares are due.

10.  Cancellation

Some tickets are ostensibly non-refundable. You need to ask before getting any ticket because unless stated in a written document, it will be non-changeable. Once you got the tickets reserved, then you can’t change or transfer them at any cost.

Cancellation only takes place on Airlines' rules and regulations, and we have to follow their policies. It is our sincere advice to double-check your flights before traveling in case of any alterations in schedules by airlines.

12.  Legal Jurisdiction

We accept the sovereignty of Courts in any region of the United Kingdom in which the client has registered his domicile. For clients, not domiciled in the UK, the Court of England shall have sole power.

Payment

You must deposit the money by the expected date appeared on the confirmation. And please, keep in mind that telephonic bookings required full amount. It is essential that you pay balances when needed as if you couldn’t do so, it may lead to the termination of your flight, and still allow you for paying the cancellation/repudiation fares.
